- The auction agreement needs to be approved by the vendor solicitor before it’s released to buyers
- The system will generate the normal S&P agreement. But our admin Vahe will prepare the draft auction agreement and send it to the lawyers on the agent’s behalf. Once approved, Vahe will upload it to the dashboard.
