AML Verification must be completed on all listings before Real Estate work can be conducted or the listing launched live.
Our team will take care of AML for you, by reaching out to the vendors directly.
Your Listings will now not be able to go live unless AML has been completed. If you navigate to dashboard, to your listing, then down to "Property Details", you'll see on the right hand side, a tick box for AML. Ruby will tick this box (you will not be able to tick it) when AML has been completed. Your listings will not be able to go live unless this box is ticked.
