Appraisal Status - What does it mean?

Wondering what "incomplete" means? The status of your appraisals is displayed on the "Appraisals" tab in your dashboard. "Incomplete" doesn't mean you have forgotten to do something. Before I explain, it's important to remember the appraisal process.
1. Once you complete an Appraisal, it is sent to the vendor.
2. Once the vendor receives it, there is a button to "Start Listing Process"
3. When they click the button, the first step is the Create their Account. After that, they can LIST the property online.
Once they have created their account, the "Status" of your Appraisal changes to "Converted"
That's what "Converted" means, that they've created their account. Not necessarily that they've listed the property though.
