Uploading A Manual Sale & Purchase Agreement

First, there MUST be an offer in the system that represents this transaction.

Also, that offer status MUST be "Accepted"

The parties will receive an email requesting them to sign the agreement when you do this, you can advise them to ignore it if you already have a manual signed agreement.


This means, that if you haven't already created one, you need to create a new offer in the system and accept it. 


Follow these steps: 

1. Navigate to the dashboard, dashboard.arizto.co.nz

2. In the search field, type "contract" followed by the listing address

3. Click on the contract. - If you do not see the contract, then the offer has not been ACCEPTED in your app. 

4. On the contract, click "edit" on the top right. 

5. Click "Contract"

6. Click "agreement file" and upload your contract

7. Choose the date, and click the green "Tick"

8. Your contract is now saved, from this page, you can also email the parties with a copy of the contract.
