It is important to remember, the vendors on your offer come from the vendors on your listing. So if your listing is correct, then your offer & S&P will be correct. See: http://help.arizto.co.nz/article/how-to-delete-a-duplicate-vendor-on-the-listing
I forgot to check my listing, how do I change the vendors on my offer or S&P
You can actually do this inside your offer on the very first page. When you first create the offer, or when you do a counter offer.
Note: if you have parties that have already signed, after you do this, they will need to sign again
