Read this article if you have a duplicate vendor on your
- Agency Agreement
- Listing
- Draft S&P
- Offer or S&P
The first thing to remember is that the listing and the agreement (agency agreement) are two different things, one does not update the other and visa versa. If you update the agency agreement, you also need to update the listing as well.
